All About Me

I'm Suzanne, I'm a self taught photographer living in North Kent, with my two children and our beloved pup Lady.

I started becoming interested in photography about 15 years ago, when I left the UK to travel Asia and Australia.  Two of my five years abroad were spent living on a remote island off the coast of Borneo.  I trained as a Scuba Diving Instructor and worked as an underwater photographer and videographer, photographing and filming other divers and a huge variety of marine life.

After moving back home to Kent to train to teach, my passion for photography was put on hold, I had my first child, a beautiful baby girl, and, like most parents, I enjoyed taking lots of photos of my daughter.  I loved photographing her so much I got hold of a basic DSLR camera and taught myself the basics of portrait photography.

Fast forward to today, I have spent the last four years raising my two children and teaching myself as much as I possibly can about portrait photography, photographing family and friends, gradually building my portfolio and starting my own photography business.

The name 'Tiny Inspiration Photography' comes from my own children and the motivation they have given me, they are literally my tiny inspirations and the main reason I felt the drive and courage to start my own photography business.
